Many schools require a physical to be completed when it is time to head back to school or register for sports.  MedFast Urgent Care offers convenient, affordable sports and school physicals, with no appointment needed.  


School or Sports Physical Includes:

  • Health History Review 
  • Basic Vision Test (Please bring any eye glasses or contacts your child may wear)
  • Physical Exam
  • Safey and education tips, if needed
  • Paperwork completion
