I highly recommend this office!!! We got into Cocoa Beach after a 9 hour all night drive from Alabama and we had two kids not feeling well. The office staff was great and got both of my kids in to see the doctor really fast. The doctor, Dr. Young, was absolutely fantastic!! If he were a doctor in my hometown I'd make him my regular physician. My kids even thought he was super nice! My son had the beginnings of double ear infections and my daughter had two styes in her eye. Dr. Young wrote us some prescriptions and got us all fixed up so we could continue with our trip. They really saved the day!! Thank you to the entire staff for being awesome!!! Oh, and we made it in time to see the rocket launch!!

I would recommend this particular urgent care center to anyone. I was initially greeted in a cheerful, courteous manner by the receptionist. I had a short wait until I was seen by a patient , warm-handed nurse who took my vitals. Then the PA assistant Eric, that attended to me was very comforting as he worked with my injured finger. I was somewhat traumatized by my accident of cutting my finger with an electric hedge clipper, so the kind of care I got was very consoling to me.

Showed up on a Saturday. Was taken in quickly and saw the doctor within 20 minutes. Staff and doctor couldn't have been friendlier or more professional. Clinic was very clean. Doctor took time to answer my questions thoroughly. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

I love this place!! They are courteous, professional, fast, and address the problem in a no nonsense manner intended to resolve the issue quickly and completely. Every other doctor I go to only wants to do the bare minimum to alleviate the symptoms not fix the problem itself. Thank God for Edgewater MedFast.

Visited Palm Bay and New Haven offices in the past week. The staff at both locations was excellent. Check in was unbelievably quick followed by short wait before being placed in exam room. Vitals were checked by very competent technicians at both offices. Attending physicians exam was thorough and time was taken to discuss any issues. Very good experience. Couldn’t have asked for better service and results. Thank You Med Fast.

Absolute wonderful place. My first time here. Went in as a walk in. I went in for an infection. Everyone was attentive and nice from the receptionist to the PA. Everyone explained things well. Extremely clean from the waiting room to the exam room. I'm usually highly anxiety ridden going into anything medical and this place was very calming and relaxing. For me the wait time was not long. I highly recommend. Again wonderful staff and building. I can't say enough good things. In today's world where everyone seems rushed and rude, this was refreshing. I didn't feel like just a medical record number. I felt like a person they really wanted to help and take care of. Thank you everyone!!

My family has used this Medfast a couple times now and both times we have been treated very well even when they seem busy. The doctors/practitioners were fast but thorough, the receptionist was kind and helpful and so was the nurse! They were all patient with my kids especially my younger who was sick, but didn’t want to tell them what was wrong with him( as he was sad to be missing his soccer game due to being sick). He also is not usually the easiest to swab and treat, but they were great and talked to him and I think this helped him to do better than usual!

I have had to get numerous COVID-19 tests until I could finally test negative and rewritten to work. I went to several locations, but I kept returning to this location. The staff is much nicer!! I was treated so poorly at one of them, I will never go back. However, this one is top notch! On my most recent visit, Nhom and Ariana were beyond kind and patient while I got the documents with the correct and very picky, exact wording my human resources required for me to return to work. I WILL go back there, and feel confident that I'm being treated with kindness and respect while receiving the best care. The doctors are also very kind, even called me back to answer questions to clarify something I didn't understand. Love this place!

What can I not say about everyone at Sarno clinic... they are absolutely the nicest people, that actually care about you from the moment you walk through the door. Went in to have my neck and shoulder checked out and was treated kindly and was actually examined unlike the ER I went to!!! Thank You for caring and thank you Dr. Emily Leech for taking the time to call me back when I called with a question. Most places will not do that.

The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous! Even with patients a head of us, the wait time was very minimal. The gentleman who brought my daughter back was very professional and caring. When he administered the test he explained everything and was very gentle with my daughter! My daughter said that didn't hurt at all! This was our 1st time seeing this doctor and he was very nice, patient, thorough and professional. He explained everything. He was so nice and personable! Certainly didn't feel like we were just a number or being rushed through! Excellent experience!

I’ve gone here on three separate occasions including today (08/30/2020) for medical services. I have to say they’re always prompt, friendly, and ready to help their patients as quickly as they can. In my experiences at this location, I don’t think I’ve ever been there more than an hour or two tops. That timeframe is for the entire appointment. Of course, they work on a triage basis and I fully understand that. Nevertheless, they’ve earned my trust with always taking great care of me. Therefore, I’ll always be quick to use them if needed, or gradually refer anyone to them. Thanks for your help today!
